THE MILLIONAIRE MIND
There are countless books, videos, seminars and motivational gurus that try to outline the keys to success that rich people are believed to possess. Whether of not you agree with all the elements presented from the various perspectives, self-made rich people do think differently than everyone. It has nothing to do with IQ but it has everything to do with establishing a goal, making the decisions on how to achieve that goal and then actively going out to do whatever it takes. The self-made rich aren't complacent, they don't procrastinate and they don't believe in failure. That's not to say they don't fail, they just don't believe in it and will brush themselves off, learn from their mistakes and keep moving toward their target. Below are some videos that explore the millionaire mind and the tools necessary to become financially independent. Despite some of the filler, most
of the content is absolutely relative. |
This is pretty much dead on.
Trump can be such a disrespectful jerk but unlike most born-rich brats, his father taught him how to do business and gave him the tools to be successful. Although it is hard to fail when your parent hands you tens of millions of dollars (unlike Bunker Hunt), "The Donald" created his own vision and brand and catapulted beyond his father's wildest dreams. Trump instills a sound work ethic in his children and a sense of responsibility. Despite his father's intention, Trump took charge of his own destiny and fueled it with his father's money and contacts.
Lucas Remmerswaal is the author of several financial literacy books. He wrote two books geared toward children that were inspired by Warren Buffet; "The Tale of Tortoise Buffett" and "The A-Z of 13 Habits Inspired by Billionaire Warren Buffett". These books are very interesting and I ordered them for my children. The books mainly focus on the attitudes and behaviors necessary for discipline; Something every aspiring millionaire needs.
Wealth transcends money.
Simple but direct and to the point.
Listen to Sir Richard Branson. He is the epitome of a success story.
Long before he was rich, he was focused, made decisions that were highly criticized but his determination only ended with success. This is truly the millionaire mind's perspective on achieving one's goals. I was a little hesitant to post this particular video due to its religious overtone. Regardless of your religious beliefs, you must have faith in yourself as well. Although this couple enjoyed prosperity for over 30 years, money was not all that mattered to them. They felt a sense of responsibility to their employees, to their community and their church's missionary programs. They embraced a sense of humanity and giving even during tough times. I think it is an absolute obligation of the rich to give back to society in some form and manner.

This Eker guy is so annoying. How anyone can stand to sit through his seminars is short of amazing. His content is great but it takes him 10 years to say it. Here he is being interviewed on CNN. These are the most direct answers this guy has ever given without the theatrics. He shouldn't do seminars any longer. He should just be interviewed. Below is his full seminar.

I'm not into the visual subliminal stimuli videos but this page wouldn't be complete without an example. It was hard to find one without naked women in the visuals. Money certainly makes even the ugliest ducking more attractive to certain women. There is a time and place for everything. I think I speak for everyone who is focused; "When it's time to make money, the last thing I am thinking about is sex. " Unless of course you're in the porn industry.
