MICHELLE SNOW
Michelle Snow is the CEO and Founder of the Michelle Snow Company, LLC. She started the business in 2010. Initially, the firm provided consulting in personal development for young adults. Today, the company has stretched its borders and offers professional & leadership development to Ivy League educational institutions, some of America's largest corporations, developing businesses as well as providing personalized leadership consulting to professionals across various industries. In 2013, she founded the Michelle Snow Network, a membership based organization that provides advisory, and professional development for entreprenuers and entry-level professionals within an affiliate supported Small Business Development Center (SBDC) located at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. In December 2014, the company relocated its headquarters to the Friends Center located in downtown Philadelphia.
Ms. Snow is a Philadelphia native and an Alumni of Peirce College. She received
her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human
Resources as a Delta Mu Delta and National Honor Society Member.
She was employed in a variety of HR related roles at companies such as Pep Boys, Citizens Bank, Aramark and Merck. Even with her aggressive schedule and commitments to her client's, Ms. Snow manages to give of herself to civic and non-profit endeavors. Ms. Snow sits on a number of boards including Peirce College and Arcadia University. She has developed courses and training workshops at Temple and Arcadia Universities, Peirce College, both the Bryn Mawr and Philadelphia Library Systems, SCORE, an affiliate of the Small Business Administration and the Teen Challenge Women’s Home. She has even supported the needs of local City officials and members of the Pennsylvania Legislature.
